HOW TO BOOK UNDER A BLOCK OF ROOMS

 

Option #1 RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT

• Call 787-796-6125 ext.2 Embassy Suites by Hilton Dorado Reservations Department

• Indicate the Group Code to the Reservation Agent C-91G

• The reservation agent will proceed to make your reservation according to the type of room you request and/or the type of room your group has, King Suite only.

• You must present a Credit Card or ATH with a Visa or Master Card logo to make the reservation. A one night charge will be processed at the time of booking

• The charge of the reservation and other expenses during your stay will be made at Check Out.

 

Option #2 DEDICATED LINK (ATTENDEE LINK)

• Use the dedicated link: WBFI - Wild Bird Feeding Institute (hilton.com)

• You will choose the date and type of room you want to book

• The system will ask you for a credit card or ATH with Visa or master card logo to make the reservation. No charge will be processed at the time of booking it will only be as a guarantee.

• The charge of the reservation and other expenses during your stay will be made at Check Out.

 

Option #3 ONLINE

• Edit Hilton's website: https://www.hilton.com/en/  

• Location: Dorado, PR

• In Special Rates you will write C-91G in Group Code

• Choose the dates of the group

 

Option #4 NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

• For reservations with Cash you can go directly to the hotel and at the Front Desk, you can make the reservation by indicating the code C-91G

• You will be asked to deposit cash for the amount represented by the first night plus the resort fee

Rate and Stay Information:

• Group rate is $220.00 plus resort charge $35.00 = $255.00 for a King Suite per night plus tax, gratuities, parking, and resort charge will be included $255.00.

• Buffet breakfast included 

• Two Beverage Tickets to be enjoyed during the daily Managers' Cocktail from 5:30 pm-7:00pm
